WHY HAVE A MOBILE TEA PARTY?

We service up to a 100 mile radius of Natchitoches! Maybe you can't make it in to little old Clarence to have your event. Or you and your pals just want an afternoon relaxing on your own porch but want something elegant and different!

What IS a mobile party?
Let us come service your next event! We bring the touch of whimsy and class to you and your space. We love to host outdoor teas as well as cozy indoor gatherings.
We bring everything you'd need, from tables/chairs to table decorations (you can always provide extra decorations to the rest of your party place).
​You do nothing! No cleaning or cooking or organizing or driving involved. Sit back and enjoy! That's your only job for the day as hostess with the mostess!

Tea: we supply tea pots, hot water and selection of loose leaf teas that each guest can choose from. Served with sugar cubes and 1/2 and 1/2.
​
Starter bite: Caprese skewer in a vase

Savory Fare: each guest is served a selection (subject to change) of ham pinwheels, cucumber with garden cream cheese, egg salad sandwiches and pimento sandwiches.
​
Scones: American style scone served with Devonshire Cream, Lemon Curd and Preserves
​
Sweets: Lemon Posset, Chocolate heart cakes and Noni's apple cobbler

Perfect for bridal/baby showers, retirement home residents, princess tea parties, birthdays, engagement parties, just for FUN!
Pricing
Parties of up to 8 $240.00 for up to two hours of party time
Parties of 9-12 $ $300.00 for up to two hours of party time
Parties of 13-16 $ 360.00 for up to two hours of party time
Parties of 14-20 $ $420 for up to two hours of party time plus $100 for an additional server​
Call for quotes on groups larger than 20
*Set up and take down are not included in the two hours of party time.

Mileage: up to 25 miles is free. 25-50 miles is $50.00 50-100 miles is an additional $100
​
Fees include all tables/chairs/place settings/food/tea and dress up items
​
Payment: one half the total amount is due at time of booking. Final headcount needed 48 hours in advance so that we have time to plan. Final half of compensation due when we arrive to set up the tea party on the day of the event. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, zelle, paypal, venmo.
Cancellation policy: one week or more before the event; full refund. 2-6 days before the event; opportunity to reschedule the event at a later date. Less than 2 days, no refunds given.
